Select FSBO only or a FSBO + REALTOR.ca MLS® combo:
- FSBO Only — $149 · ForSaleByOwner.ca until sold, rented, or you cancel.
- For Sale Combo — $499 total = $149 + $350 MLS® advertising.
- For Rent Combo — $399 total = $149 + $250 MLS® advertising.
- Land Only Combo — $399 total = $149 + $250 MLS® advertising.

Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on both:

- Any MLS® portion you've purchased as part of a combo.
This applies as long as your FSBO listing hasn't gone live. After purchase, you choose when to make it public.
After going live on ForSaleByOwner.ca
FSBO fee becomes non-refundable once Active.
The $149 FSBO fee becomes non-refundable the moment your listing status is switched to Active (public).
You control this setting from your dashboard, which means you also control when this fee becomes locked in.
Before “Notify Brokerage” on combo listings

Completing the MLS® steps involves ~10 online fields. Most take a couple of minutes, with two taking ~15–20 minutes each.
If the process isn't for you, simply:
- Email us that you don't want to proceed; and
- Follow up with a quick phone call to confirm.
You can request a refund for any reason up until the final step — before clicking Notify Brokerage.
After “Notify Brokerage”
MLS® portion becomes non-refundable.
Once you click Notify Brokerage, our partner brokerage begins processing your listing for REALTOR.ca.
At this point, only the REALTOR.ca portion becomes non-refundable:
- $350 (residential or commercial sale); or
- $250 (land-only or rental).
Your FSBO listing and MLS® advertising will then proceed as planned, with our team reviewing details by phone within 12–36 hours (holidays included).
