What Are Private Client Services?
PCS is a real-time notification system used by real estate agents to alert registered buyers about new and updated listings that match their search criteria—even before those listings appear on the public REALTOR.ca site.
Buyers get a first look at properties that fit their needs, while sellers benefit from increased visibility and faster exposure to motivated buyers.
How PCS Benefits Buyers and Sellers
Private Client Services is offered by most real estate agents to their buyer clients. It allows buyers to proactively search for homes that match their criteria and receive alerts as soon as new listings hit the MLS® System.

How PCS Works
PCS is free for buyers. Real estate agents set up their clients in the system using their search criteria—such as price range, neighbourhood, property type, and more.
