CUSTOMIZING YOUR HOME WITH BLYTHWOOD IS THIS SIMPLE:

• You can work directly with the suppliers to ensure you select the exact flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, etc. that matches your style.
• You will have a personal décor specialist from the Blythwood Homes team go over any custom changes and selections.
• You will have a walk-through of the home at the framing stage to review electrical plans. Here you can get a feel for the home and add in or move around lighting in the home.
• We give allowances for many items and give you the option to upgrade from there or finish your home within a specific budget. Most things are customizable and you will have a support team with Blythwood Homes for direction.
